My ultimate goal in life is to open a restaurant selling all sorts of desserts on a conveyor belt. Sort of like Sakae Sushi, only desserts. Either that or a halal Spanish restaurant. But the thing is, you need lots and lots and lots of money and somebody who knows all the administration stuff, which I’m definitely not interested in.

So as I dream towards achieving my goal, I’ll just continue doing the thing I love the most: Baking and getting everybody around me growing sideways, frontwards, backwards and in all directions, just so that I look small, relative to them. Well, in my defence, I AM feeding these poor souls who are deprived of desserts, and honing my skills at the same time!

Plus!! Baking makes me feel and smell real good!
